Registration Fee
(Parent & Campers)

Price includes All Activities, an Event Patch, and Meals

Cost: $38 per attendee 5 and Older

$15 per attendee 4 and Younger

*Adults will be able to go out on a boat if they have completed a BSA Swim Test (Swimmer).*

                                                                      

What to bring to the 

Family Weekend

at Camp Scouthaven

  1. Refillable Water Bottle
  2. Tent (with ground cover)
  3. Sleeping bag/blankets
  4. Sleeping pad
  5. Pillow
  6. Camp Chair
  7. Extra clothes (Prepare for the weather)
  8. Rain gear (Hopefully you won’t need it)
  9. Sneakers/Hiking Boots
  10. Bug Spray
  11. Flashlight/Battery operated lantern
  12. Uniform if you have one for Saturday flags/dinner (leave neckerchief at home)
  13. Toiletries
  14. Sections A and B of the BSA Health Form (part C not required- No Doctor Signature)

 

We will provide

The Program and all needed materials

Lunch, Dinner & Cracker Barrel on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday

Cracker Barrel on Friday and Breakfast on Saturday will be provided for those staying Friday Night

Campsite/Shower/Bathroom Facilities

FUN!

 

For your convenience a fully stocked trading post is available with snacks, memorabilia, and basic necessities.  Cash, credit, and checks accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Individuals/Groups that cancel their event registration 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a refund of the total registration fee less a 15% administrative service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date.
