“Join our Adventure”

July 27, 2024 – August 9, 2024

We promise a two-week fun experience that combines the philosophies of the Boy Scouts of America, hiking in the Rocky Mountains we call “Philmont back country” and the mystique of the “Old West” to enjoy an adventure that we’ll remember all our lives.

Fees includes Pre-Philmont tour, T-shirt, hat, neckerchief, slide, and CSP.

Payment   #1 - $400 Deposit due with Application
Payment   #2 – $315 – Due August 10, 2023
Payment   #3 - $315- Due September 10, 2023
Payment   #4 - $315 - Due October 10, 2023
Payment   #5 - $315 - Due November 10, 2023
Payment   #6 - $315 - Due December 10, 2023
Payment   #7 - $315 - Due January 10, 2024

**The total cost has not yet been calculated since the airlines and bus companies do not quote more than 1 year in advance. You can use estimate of $3,200 for budgeting. You will be advised of the cost as soon as we get bids from the airlines and bus companies.

Payments must be made timely to keep your slot, they can be made online or at the council office.

Cancellation Policy
Payments paid to the council are nonrefundable unless the participant finds a replacement that pays the full cost. After the full cost has been paid by the replacement, a refund can be generated, less a 15% administration fee, when the council approval is made. If any monies paid on the participant’s behalf to national that the council can get credit for, those monies can be refunded after council receives the credit from national and approves a refund.
