Camping:

Cabin, Lean-to, and campsite registrations and requests for firewood will be done as part of the registration process. Registration for Cabins/Lean-To’s/Campsites need to be paid in full within 14 days of registration. All units renting cabins/Lean-to’s must be able to fill 75% of the maximum occupancy with paid registrations by January 8th, 2024. If payment is not received the Cabin/Lean-To will be open to other units to reserve.  

Registration for the event (of your unit roster) needs to be submitted and paid by January 8th, 2024. You may add registrations after that as well. But you need to have the mandatory 75% of the max occupancy paid.

Late fee
After 1/12/2024 a fee of $15.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.
After 1/12/2024 a fee of $15.00 will apply to all Youth Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Individuals/Groups that cancel their event registration 14 days or more prior to the event date will receive a refund of the total registration fee less a 15% administrative service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date.
