Greater Niagara Frontier Council

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

The Greater Niagara Frontier Council serves over 6,000 youth and adults in the communities of Erie County and the western third of Niagara County. The Scouting programs include Cub Scouts for youth in grades K-5. Scouts, BSA for youth ages 11 to 17, Venturing and Exploring for youth ages 14 to 20.

Scouting provides youth with an opportunity to try new things, provide service to others, build self-confidence, and reinforce ethical standards. These opportunities not only help them when they are young, but carry forward into their adult lives.
