The Greater Niagara Frontier Council invites you to participate in Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills, a fun-filled program of hands-on skills training in the outdoors, designed to help adult leaders master and learn to instruct basic camp skills required for Tenderfoot to First Class.
This pre-course Patrol meeting is mandatory for all participants in the Greater Niagara Frontier Council's "Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills"
- Bring something to take notes (pen/paper or technolgy).
- Bring your favorite coffee mug and/or water bottle.
- Field uniform is required.
This course is available to all Boy Scout Leaders, Venture Leaders & Troop Committee Members.

Training Requirements
Please review the Council Training Committee's Mandatory Leader Training Requirements prior to attending this training. Youth Protection training for Boy Scouts is required prior to attending.
The Boy Scouts of America policy states: All leaders must certify in “Youth Protection Training” every two years. It is available at www.myscouting.org.
PLEASE READ:
- In order for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters to be considered “Trained”, they must complete Scoutmaster Specifics (S24) and this course IOLST (S11).
