Leave No Trace Trainer - Overnight Session

Date/Time: May 14 & 15, 2016 from 12 noon on Saturday until 1:00 pm on Sunday

Location: Schoellkopf Scout Reservation, Cowlesville, NY

Cost: $40.00 which includes all program materials, certification with the Leave No Trace Center and two meals.

Deadline for registration is  April 26, 2016

Prerequisite: Participants must attend the Leave No Trace Classroom Session on 5/3/16 at the Council Service Center from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.

This is the overnight outpost camping experience of the Leave No Trace Trainer Program that will apply the Leave No Trace principles. A short hike and overnight camping experience is included.

• Transportation to the outpost camping site is available if needed.
• Also included is an Outdoor Ethics Orientation course, which is required for the new BSA Outdoor Ethics awards.

​This training is conducted by Leave No Trace Master Educators and Trainers.
