Leave No Trace Trainer - Classroom Session
Classroom Session Date/Time: September 22nd, 2015, 6:00 pm to 9:00 PM.

Leave No Trace Trainer certification is a 16-hour course for Scouters and Scouts age 14 and older who are interested in learning how to apply LNT principles in an outdoor setting and teach the skills to others.
- Participants will be expected to develop and conduct a 15-minute presentation on one of the seven LNT principles during the course.
- Trainer certification is required for a Scout to hold the LNT Trainer positon of responsibility in a Troop.
You must also register for the overnight camping experience and short hike as part of this training:
- Overnight session is on October 3 & 4, 2015 at Camp Schoellkopf
- Transportation to the outpost camping site is available if needed.
- Cost is $40 per person and includes training materials, certification fees, and two meals (Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast).
- Also included is an Outdoor Ethics Orientation course, which is required for the new BSA Outdoor Ethics awards.
This training is conducted by Leave No Trace Master Educators and Trainers.
