DESCRIPTION:Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Camp Scouthaven – Boss Lean-To \n  \n  \n Cost: $30/Attendee Includes all Meals ($40 after 04-14-23) \n  \n  \n Working as patrols, this hands-on course provides Scouts BSA and Venture leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the outdoors. Upon completion, leaders will feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic skills required to earn the First Class rank. Along with the online “Scouts BSA - Scoutmaster Position Specific Training” this course is required for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters in order to be considered “trained” for their position. \n  \n  \n You Will Need: \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n  \n 	Tent and Sleeping gear \n 	Sturdy shoes \n 	Rain gear \n 	Mess kit (plate, utensils, cup) \n 	Water bottle and Coffee cup \n 	Camp chair \n 	Notebook, pen, pencil \n 	Coat jacket, cap, and gloves- Dress for the weather \n 	Scout Essentials \n 	Completed BSA health history form (parts A & B) \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Information or Questions?
