Dear Scouts, Scouters, and Scouting Friends,

               First, we want to thank you for all you do for Scouting and our Communities. It is important to make training a priority in order to grow and improve the program for our Scouts.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and unavoidable complications with National Council, BSA switching liability insurance providers, we are unable to produce a certificate of Liability insurance far enough in advance for the venue. Because of this we must postpone this year’s University of Scouting that was scheduled for this coming Saturday, March 2^nd, at the Erie Community College North Campus. As the University of Scouting Committee felt that we could not change venues at this late date and still deliver the program as it should be. In an effort to allow sufficient time to for our Participants, Instructors and Midway Vendors to reschedule for the event, the Committee has decided to tentatively reschedule the event for November 2^nd, 2019. The Location for this new date will be determined in the coming weeks.

With regard to the registration fees already paid, those payments made by credit card will be refunded with in the week. Any payments made by check will be processed in the next check run on March 15^th.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work through this process. Again, we wish to thank you for your dedication to Scouting and we look forward to seeing you in November.
