Merit Badge College
March 15-16, 2024

Registration will open February 1, 2024 5:00pm. Please have only one person from each Troop do the registrations.
Each Scout needs to get the merit badge booklet for each merit badge they are taking and read it. Make sure blue cards are filled out properly before attending!
Do the prerequisites prior to attending. If you don’t, you will not complete the merit badge at Merit Badge College.
All Scouts MUST be in full uniform. No exceptions!

2, 3, 4 (Bring an instrument and sheet music; documentation of performances attended - date /time - and notes from parental interview; a note from band/chorus/music teacher on participation if using 4c; notes related to #5 for discussion)

Due to the fact that this is a required merit badge please go through the other requirements and be ready as we do them together as a group.

Scouts should review the requirements of the merit badge and come prepared to discuss and demonstrate their skills. They should review requirement 1 and also have studied the merit badge book. I will expect them to show up WITH their home made first aid kit and know how to use its contents.
Personal Fitness

Public Speaking
2:00 – 4:30pm
2, 4 and be prepared to:
1) Give a 3-5 minute introduction of him/herself to the group.
2) Present the prepared presentation of Requirement 2 immediately when asked.
3) Submit to me the prepared outline described in Requirement 4 and be prepared to present it.
4) There will be a group discussion on Parliamentary Procedure.
