The Greater Niagara Frontier Council invites you to our 2020 Virtual Camporee! All Scouts, Scouters and their Families from all Boy Scouts of America Councils are welcomed to participate and join us in the weekend long fun! 

The $5 family registration fee will help support local Scouting programs and properties in the Greater Niagara Frontier Council. Each Family that takes part in our Camporee will receive one (1) Camporee Patch, extra patch’s will be available at $5 each.  If the registration fee is a hardship for your family please email GNFC@wnyscouting.org.

Camporee Schedule (Subject to Change, a full detailed schedule will be sent to all families that register): 

We are asking everyone who takes part in our closing campfire to make a homemade video of a Skit or Song. Details will be provided by email to all families that register. 

FRIDAY EVENING

6:00 - 6:15     Campers Log In

6:15 - 6:30     Opening Flags, announcements, review events for the weekend

6:30 - 7:30     Campers Setup campsites (backyard, porch, in house, any place but in their own bedroom)

7:30 - 7:45     Campers prepare snacks for campfire (popcorn, chips, s’mores beverages etc.)

7:45 - 9:15     Opening Campfire 

9:30 - 10:30   Free Family time, families could play a board game, watch a family movie etc.

10:45             Lights out

SATURDAY

8:00 - 8:45     Breakfast at your Home Campsite

8:45 - 9:00     Morning Flags/Announcements

9:00 - 11:30   Cub Scouts Virtual Activities 

9:00 - 11:30   Scouts, BSA Outdoor Activities

11:30 - 1:00   Lunch at your home campsite

1:00 - 4:00     Cub Scouts Outdoor Activities  

1:00 - 4:00     Scouts, BSA Virtual Activities  

4:00 - 5:00     Free Time 

5:00 - 6:00     Dinner at you Home Campsite

6:15 - 6:30     Closing Flags/Recognition

6:30 - 7:00     Vespers/Scouts Own

7:00 - 7:45     Campers prepare snacks for campfire (popcorn, chips, s’mores beverages etc.)

7:45 - 9:30     Closing Campfire

9:30 - 10:30   Free Family time, families could play a board game, watch a family movie etc.

10:45             Lights out

SUNDAY

8:00 - 8:45     Breakfast at your Home Campsite

8:45 - 9:00     Closing Flags/Announcements

9:00 - 10:00   Campsite/Latrine Clean Up
