Red Jacket District has a New Web Site

New and Improved Web Site for the Red Jacket District

If you haven't had an opportunity yet, check out the new and improved Red Jacket District Web Site >

The site now includes:

  • District Calendar - listing all the district level events, including Committee Meetings, Klondikes, Camporees and other activities.
  • District Organization - a top level look at the organization and volunteers that make up the Red Jacket District (including charts)
  • District Library - with many reference materials and forms

But that's just the beginning - we've got plans to also add:

  • "A Good Turn" section - highlighting all the great community service and Eagle projects, making it easy for the local press to find content and information about these valuable activities.
  • "What to Do" section - articles about great activities for all age scouts within an hour drive of the District.  From hiking to the Eternal Flame to Allegheny State Park, the hope is to inspire units to get out and explore.

We're always looking for new content so to get your activity published, send pictures and a brief description including the "where, what, when and why" to rjdmarketing@wnyscouting.org
