Through this integration, all Doubleknot transactions and interactions including registrations, donations, memberships, attendance are seamlessly updated in the ClearView constituent profile.

For organizations that either onboarded with Doubleknot or switched to Togetherpay before May 2020, we will be changing our backend payment processor in the next coming weeks. Our new backend payment processor will be Stripe. Stripe provides a superior payment processing solution with:

• Faster approval times
• Better compliance
• Enhanced fraud protection
• Robust chargeback management
• Optional ACH bank account validation

In addition, organizations that manually request their funds from Doubleknot will no longer need to do so. This change will allow funds to be deposited directly into your bank account on a daily basis.

There are no changes to your transaction fees for Stripe, and the switch will be transparent. If your bank account currently has a debit block in place, the only thing you’ll need to do is to provide Stripe’s company ID to your bank.

We will provide more information via email to the affected organizations in the upcoming weeks as we prepare to implement this change.

As a payment processing provider, Doubleknot is required to comply with the United States Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). FinCEN collects and analyzes information about financial transactions in order to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.

If your organization does not have the FinCEN form titled Non-Profit Financial Disclosure on file, our team will contact your organization soon. This short form requires basic information and the signature of your organization’s controlling officer.
