Camp Card Fundraiser
Final Payments Due Date Has Been Extended
All Units participating in the Camp Card Fundraiser must make the final payment to the Council at 2860 Genesee St, Buffalo, NY 14225 before 5 PM on Friday, May 17, 2013 in order to receive the full 40 % commission.
Units who miss the final on time payment deadline will receive a 30% commission and after May 17, the commission will drop to 30%. After May 31 the commission will drop to 20 %.
Please bring in ALL unsold cards to turn in to the Council office Monday through Friday, 9-5pm and see your District Executive or District Director. You will also be expected to make your final payment at that time, which is the final sales total minus your commission which you keep.
For example, if you pay on time and sold 1,000 cards at $5 each you'll make a payment for 60%, which would be $3,000. The unit would keep $2,000 or 40% up front.
Remember to bring in all unsold cards in good condition. All cards which are torn or have missing coupons will not be accepted.
