WHERE: Unity Island—Buffalo, NY
WHEN: October 4th— 6th 2019
WHY: to make our communities better through service and to enjoy some friendly competition!
COST: $20 per person if registered before September 20th. $25 after September 20th, Scouts will receive - T-shirt(may not be available for registrations after 9/23), Patch, Outdoor Code cards and lunch and dinner on Saturday

Service projects may change, below are the locations and projects being planned.
Delaware Park– Invasive plant remediation.
Unity Island Park– Building Gaga pits , possible tree planting, tree pruning, Trash clean-up, Invasive plant remediation.
Ferry Circle– Garden Remediation.
Thomas Higgins Park– Possible tree planting, tree pruning, Shoreline clean up.
Red Jacket Shoreline Park– Possible tree planting, tree pruning, Shoreline clean up.
Brodrick Park– Park clean-up, invasive plant remediation, landscaping clean-up.
Front Park– Tree pruning and trail maintainence.
What to Bring:
Appropriate clothing(dress for the weather), work gloves, water bottles, camping gear, Other tools may be needed for some of the service projects. these needs will be communicated as we get closer to the event.
Tentative Schedule:
Friday:
Arrival time by appointment- Limited on site Parking. Additional parking @ Rich Products. We recommend carpooling to reduce the number of vehicles as much as possible.
Saturday:
-Breakfast prepared in site
-Gather for Service work
-At assigned location
-Lunch (Provided) @ work site
-Return to Unity Island
-GAGA Tournament
-Dinner: a number of meal options from food trucks will be included with registration, additional food will be available for purchase as well.
-Religious Services
-Entertainment
Sunday:
-Breakfast prepared in site
-Leave by scheduled times
