Price includes all activities, an event patch, and 3 meals. Snacks are available at the Trading Post!
Youth under 5 are free

$20 per attendee
Register June 1st - June 19th
$25 per attendee
If you are not currently registered as a Scout and you return a completed Application to the Council Office within 30 days of the event your 2019 Registrations Fees($39) will be waived.

ARCHERY
Try to out shoot Mom and Dad! |

CAMPFIRE
Have fun with songs, stories,
marshmallows and cheers. |

BOATING
Row boats will be available for boating and fishing. See Boating Info Below! |

BMX / Biking
Scouts will navigate trails on
bikes. |
|
CRAFTS
Scouts can participate in a
variety of supervised crafts. |
|
TOMAHAWK
Scouts will learn how to safely
throw a tomahawk into a wooden
target. *Ages 11 and up. |

OUTDOOR SKILLS
Scouts learn the basics of outdoor
survival - including fire starting, first aid and orienteering. |
|
NATURE ACTIVITIES
Scouts will learn how to identify a
variety of plants and wildlife while
hiking outdoors. |
|
FISHING
Scouts will experience the fun
and excitement of catch and
release fishing! |
|
SHOOTING SPORTS
Scouts learn how to safely
participate in shooting sports using
BB guns. |
|
ASTRONOMY
Scouts study how activities in
space affect our own planet. |
|
FIELD SPORTS
Scouts will participate in a
variety of field sports. |
|
STEM
Scouts are challenged with
problem solving and productive
teamwork. |
Boating:
All youth will be considered White Swimmers and will not be able to use the boats without an adult Blue Swimmer. Adults will only be considered a Blue Swimmer if they attend one of the pre-camp swim tests and pass the Blue Swimmer test. the pre-camp swim test dates are:
- Hamburg High School Monday, May 6 6:30 - 9:00 PM
- Sweet Home High School Friday, May 10 6:30 - 9:00 PM
- William St. (Lancaster) Wednesday, May 22 6:30 - 8:30 PM
What to bring to the
Family Weekend
at Camp Scouthaven
- Tent (with ground cover), If you need a tent, some will be available to borrow.
- Sleeping bag/blankets
- Sleeping pad
- Pillow
- Camp Chair
- Extra clothes (Prepare for the weather)
- Rain gear (Hopefully you won’t need it)
- Sneakers/Hiking Boots
- Flashlight/Battery operated lantern
- Uniform if you have one for Saturday flags/dinner (leave neckerchief at home)
- Toiletries
- Sections A and B of the BSA Health Form click here
We will provide
The Program and all needed materials
Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday.
