Tifft Nature Preserve

Study the characteristics and care of these "cold-blooded" critters.  How are they similar and how do they differ?  What part do they play in the overall ecology.  Life cycles take strange turns in some species.  Come explore the life and times of these unique creatures. 

This is a full uniform event.  Please bring a blue merit badge card signed by your unit leader.  Bring a  bag lunch.  Drink provided.  Adult supervision is required.

Read the Reptile and Amphibian Study Merit Badge.
Requirements 7 and 8 should be completed prior to the session and emailed to Mary Hughes at mhughes@sciencebuff.org or mailed to Buffalo Museum of Science, 1020 Humboldt Pkwy., Buffalo, NY  14211
