This is a full uniform event.  Scouts must bring a blue merit badge card signed by their unit leader.  All supplies will be provided.  Lunch will be available for purchase or bring your own.

Prerequisites:

Read the Stamp Collecting Merit Badge Pamphlet
Bring a three-ring binder for handouts
Bring $5.00 for personal purchases
